Today is Purim, and we had planned a lovely party, but with Boo’s operation and possible deafness we expected him to be in a rather bad mood and cancelled. Yesterday a few wonderful presents arrived on our doorstep, and I thought I’d tell you all about the beautiful toys that our little ones received for Purim.
Of course it’s no fun just reading about the lovely things we are playing with, so you will also have the chance to win a gorgeous 500 piece bunny puzzle, which is absolutely perfect for Easter and Passover!
When we unwrapped our Purim presents Arthur just loved to discover this Angry Birds Star Wars Ball, we have had so much fun stacking up Play-Doh tubs and throwing this angry pig at them! Of course it has already landed in it’s fair share of biscuits and drinks..Good thing it’s washable!
As you all know we love, love, love Sylvanian Families around here, I just love how beautiful and charming they are, how sweet the characters look and how well made they are, so we were delighted to see this absolutely gorgeous Sylvanian Family Sheep Family. These sweet figurines are so wonderfully made, the ones we bought for Emily four years ago are still as good as new.
These past few months we have been talking much with Emily about being the best you can, about remembering to take deep breaths and remembering to be kind and gentle. When we received the Shoulder Buddy we knew he would be just the right little person for the job. He now sits on Emily’s shoulder, attached via a strong magnet, reminding her to make the right choices.
She loves combing his hair and braiding it, too!
Of course Arthur received a Schleich Farm Life Figurine, he loves animals and his Schleich collection keeps growing.
We just love these realistic, hand-painted models!
Until we own our own farm in Canada these beautiful and realistic little animals will keep everyone happy.
Of course it’s not just little figurines that Arthur loves, he is also a huge fan of cuddly animals, and this beautiful Nici Jelly Logan Sheep was just the right size for nap-time cuddles.
It is so soft and beautifully made that I briefly worried about it taking the place of Arthur’s favourite toy Moishe!
Now, as I already said, of course it’s not fair that we get to celebrate with all these beautiful things and you are left with nothing, so this week you have the chance to win this absolutely lovely Ravensburger Rabbit, rabbit,Rabbit. Puzzle! It is perfect for puzzle fans, tricky but not un-doable! surprise your loved one this Easter with this funa alternative to chocolate eggs!
All you have to do to win is leave a comment telling me to whom you would give this fun puzzzle!
You can share this Giveaway on Facebook, Pinterest and twitter for a separate entry each, just leave a comment telling me you shared it!
The winner will be picked at random on Sunday the 3rd of March!
Have a wonderful day!

What fun gifts! I would give the puzzle to my eight year old puzzle loving boy.:)
They all sound so lovely!! I would love to give this puzzle to my 6 year old son for us to do together
I love puzzles! I would give it to my 7yo puzzle-lover daughter so we could do it together.
I would be very selfish and keep it as I can’t get out so much lately and love jigsaws. I would then take it to the local charity shop so someone else can share the enjoyment I had doing this fab jigsawm
P.S Good luck with the op.
Ahhh how cute , i would gift this to all five of our children in the hope that they could sit and work together on it . i think perhaps Eva may try to eat it or hide the pieces , so perhaps we would need to keep her away for a little while!
For my son
I hope I’m the lucky winner!
Sylvanian Families are very popular here with both Nin and Ted
I think the puzzle might drive Ted slightly loopy (or mad as a March hare
but Nin really likes rabbits and would probably really enjoy this puzzle – certainly a good alternative to loads of chocolate!
i would share the puzzle with my kids and we’d do it together
I would give this puzzle to my granddaughter.
