Wow, is it really Friday already? Our week has been full of outside play, enjoying the first almost sunny days,
baking cookies and reading stories, but also full of worried questions from the little ones about earthquakes and tsunamis, about children who lose their Mama and Daddy and about people who lose their home.

This week I am grateful for my little ones who so willingly told me that all the children from Japan could share their bedroom and their toys, their food and their blankets.
I am grateful for good thoughts and prayers sent their way.
I am grateful for quick crafts while the baby naps,

and I am grateful for afternoon naps on the kitchen table!
I am grateful for spring flowers,
for a little bit more writing,
(and some fun new pen pals, too!)
and most of all I am grateful for my lovely children who are not afraid to get covered in mud while we spend the whole day playing outside.
I am wishing you all a wonderful weekend.

Oh, my. The spring flowers and the mud pie really makes me want to speed up this whole Spring process. What a lovely collection of photos.
Wonderful things to be grateful for.
It’s not quite spring here yet, but we’re getting there. Looks lovely out!
This week I am grateful for being safe, for almost two weeks of Spring Break ahead of us, for a new place to teach my German students, for tiny chives growing, for Greek yogurt, for new books, and, as always, for my wonderful family!
just catching up with your blog, i love the feeling,
i have worries, but today i feel grateful too xxxxx
