Meeting Santa

Santa never was a character we made up for our little ones, but his lovely story found it’s way into our home & our little one’s hearts, so of course we go visit Santa as soon as he can take some time out of his busy schedule..
Santa’s grotto was so beautiful , full of snow and magical friends,
of sparkle and little surprises..

  3. It looks like a magical day!! We embrace it in our house as part of the fun of xmas rather than part of the spirit of xmas – but my kiddos still love the magic :-)

I must admit that I never went to see Santa when I was a child,so I am just as thrilled as my little ones to meet this lovely man!

    So beautiful.
Great Santa and what a beautiful set with these animals. WOW.

    • Kate says:

It’s been the same Santa for years, it is hard to imagine him being a “real” person under that beard,he is ever so convincing!

  6. The photos are gorgeous, would love to visit that Santa myself:) Jen

  7. These photos are amazing, Kate. What a lovely place to visit.

I love meeting the reindeer at the zoo each year! Santa is very elusive as we do not frequent the mall though…

    • Kate says:

We are very lucky, our Santa isn’t at the mall, I think otherwise we probably would not go see him, I do get rather worried about losing children at the mall.
It’s a silly worry, but a big one.

Not to be redundant, but these pictures are really, really beautiful! How lucky to have a Santa like this to visit- seems much more magical than the shopping mall versions I see here!

    • Kate says:

Thank you,Sarah! I had never seen anything like this Santa’s “grotto” before I moved over here, so I am still amazed by the details & effort they put into it, too!
