It has been raining a lot recently.
Trips to the beach have been canceled,
walks with friends did not happen ,
& picnics turned into lunch at home,
but strangely, we have been really enjoying it.
Emily really likes to write rain, too!
I am very thankful for the peace & quiet of a rainy day,
for the closeness it brings,
& for having an excuse to dress my little ones in handknits!

Sometimes the rainy days are welcomed here too. Sigh. So needing to teach myself this knitting thing so I can have something ready for the new babe.

The clothes you make for your kiddos are so darling. I love George Ezra’s little yellow britches..so sweet.
