Sometimes,when it all gets a little bit too much, (& it does.)
we just go outside, go for a walk,
I feel it helps so much to just be,
in order to connect with ourselves I think we first have to connect with nature, but that sort of works both ways. We can’t connect with others if we don’t first connect with ourselves.
She knows, this little one. She’s good at that.
She teaches me so much.
