Having any kind of ultrasound scan, especially a 4D one is an incredibly personal decision.
We have read many studies and articles about the safety of it and decided that it was the right decision for us, not because we would ever, ever consider not having a child for any reason, but simply because I am very, very impatient and like to see my little ones as early as possible.
